The Communications Team provides free media and marketing services for the Engineering Society. Our team operates on a first-come, first-serve basis; as such, we cannot guarantee availability, however, we will make every effort to accommodate your needs and provide the best service possible.

Photography & Videography Requests

Requests for photo and/or video services must be made at least 2 weeks in advance of the event or shoot date.

Graphics & Social Media Requests

Requests for media and/or marketing services must be made at least 1 week in advance of the project deadline.
