Academic Feedback Network
The AFN allows you to anonymously voice your concerns and provide academic feedback. Responses will be reviewed by your discipline’s VP Academic and presented to the right people to make change happen. You can submit feedback about your course content, or your assessments. EngSoc-Faculty Academic Office Hours
Once a month, you will have the opportunity to have a one-on-one conversation with academic representatives in the ILC Beamish-Munro Atrium. You can voice concerns, feedback and/or questions about your program, resources, structure, and opportunities.
The attendees are the EngSoc Director of Academics and President, Dr. Brian Frank (Dean of Teaching and Learning), Dr. Marianna Kontopoulou (Dean of Academics), Dr. Alan Ableson (Director of First Year).
Due to COVID-19, these office hours will not be happening during the 2020-21 academic year.

Academic Feedback Booths will occur once a semester. If you submit a piece of feedback using an anonymous form, you will receive a free snack!

Academic Caucuses
Academic Caucuses are councils where students and faculty members discuss new opportunities and brainstorm solutions to challenges. Every year there are two first-year specific caucuses, a second-year specific caucus, and a novel caucus.
Due to COVID-19, feedback caucuses will not be happening during the 2020-21 academic year.
