EngSoc Finances
The Engineering Society’s finances are controlled by Council and managed by the Director of Finance. For information about our financial system, the services we offer, and our banking practices, please see our Financial Handbook. Click here to see a list of Account Codes.
Transactions
Our affiliated groups can perform transactions, including cheque requisitions and deposits, through our Bank of EngSoc site. If you are a member of an affiliated group and want to be added to the site, please email our Director of Finance at [email protected].

Advisory Board
The Engineering Society Advisory Board is a group of students, alumni, and faculty advisors charged with guiding the Engineering Society’s long-term strategic planning, and overseeing the operation and governance of its services and corporate initiatives. The services consist of Campus Equipment Outfitters, Clark Hall Pub, Golden Words, iCons, Science Quest, and the Tea Room. The corporate initiatives are Orientation week (frosh week) and Sci Formal. Elections for new Board members are held annually at the Annual General Meeting of the Engineering Society for both one and two year positions.
