Summer Office: Week 2
Hi everyone!
Summer office is well underway. We will be posting our weekly hours here on the website for anyone to view. We are required to work a 35 hour work week but sometimes we put in a few extra hours (unpaid). If you have any questions with regards to our activities feel free to send us an email.
We will be additionally be emailing out a monthly notice to the EngSoc Council Mailing list with a more detailed explanation of the work we have been doing.

EngLinks APSC142 Tutor Hiring
EngLinks is running two workshops for APSC142 Intro to Computer Programming and is looking for tutors! Both workshops will take place on April 19, 2013; the first from 10:00am to 12:00pm, and the second from 12:30pm to 2:30pm. As a tutor you can run one or both workshops. You will be paid $40 for one workshop and $80 if you tutor both. Each workshop will have 6 to 8 first years and you will be provided with the questions and solutions from previous exams. You must also attend a mandatory prep session prior to the workshop date.
BED Fund Coordinator Application Extended
The application for BED Fund Coordinator has been extended to Friday, April 5th! This is a great opportunity to oversee a fund dedicated solely to purchasing new equipment to be used by students. The application can be found here.
Proctor and OTIS Applications Extended!
Hey engineers,
Applications have been extended for Proctors and OTIS. These are both great opportunities to get involved with Frosh Week! They are now due April 5th at 5:30pm. Check the applications section of the website for more details.

The due date for EngLinks is April 2nd, with interviews starting April 3rd. The due date for BED Fund is April 5th, with interviews starting April 6th.

The due date for the EngSoc Awards has been extended!
If you'd like to nominate someone for an award, you can still do so. The new due date is Wednesday, March 20th, 2013 at 5:30 pm in the EngSoc Mailbox.
